Connie Hom, president of Buckingham Greenery, was a guest speaker at the Carolinas-Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council’s 2017 Business Opportunity Conference. The theme of this year’s conference, which was held on September 19, 2017 at the Charleston Convention Center, was “Delivering Value and Increasing Capacity for Business Growth.”
Connie was one of several “content experts” during the “Value Proposition” workshop. Topics discussed including understanding clients’ needs while delivering “differentiated value;” defining “Value Proposition” and its importance in the business world; how Supplier Development may assist businesses in reaching their goals and much more.
Attendees of the sessions left with take-aways and tools as well as examples of how to provide added value and to recognize it.
