By popular demand here's another page for my journal about my internship at Buckingham Greenery!

Last week I worked with Cyndi at the VA Center Commons, on Monday, which was also the day that my relatives who were visiting the U.S. left to go back to Brazil ... I have to say it left me a little sad, but grateful for the time they were here with me!

On Tuesday I went with Connie and Betty Jo to UVa Diverse Supplier Showcase, a Vendor Fair for Small, Woman and Minority-owned vendors. It was a good opportunity to see the University of Virginia as well! UVA-showcase-8-2-012

Last Wednesday ... Connie and I had lunch with Jim Grady, the Property Manager in one of the buildings in which we do the interior landscaping. We all had a great time together!

This Wednesday we did what we call a Q.E. (Quality Evaluation) in the River Front Plaza, where I met Melissa.  Melissa wanted to give "new look" to the lobby, so it was decided that we would change some plants, which is what Kenny and I did Thursday morning. This account is under the care of Shea, with whom I had the pleasure to work yesterday. Congrats Shea, plans are very good, I hope I could help!

Wait for more news next week!! You all* have a great Green weekend!

*Note from Buckingham Greenery--we'll have her saying "Ya'll" before it's all over with!
